Become a Validator

AYA NETWORK — VALIDATOR AGREEMENT (v1.0)

This Agreement is entered into between Bruno Kapital & Investment LLC ("the Operator") and the applicant identified in this application ("the Validator") upon approval of this application.

1. Role of the Validator

The Validator provides and maintains a server on which the Operator deploys the AYA core software and configures quorum participation. The Validator participates in transaction validation and network consensus.

2. Server access

The Validator grants the Operator temporary access to the designated server for the sole purpose of installing and configuring the AYA core. Access is provided by adding the Operator's public SSH key. After deployment is confirmed, the Validator may revoke this access. The Operator never asks for, stores, or transmits server passwords.

3. Prohibited use

The Validator shall not use the AYA network, the validator node, or any related financial instrument for any activity prohibited by the laws applicable in the Validator's jurisdiction or by international law, including the activities listed in the obligations section of this application.

4. Node duty of care

The Validator keeps the server secure and available, applies security updates, and notifies the Operator without delay of any suspected compromise, hardware failure, or planned downtime.

5. Removal

The Operator may exclude the node from quorum and terminate this Agreement if the Validator breaches it, provides false information, or endangers network integrity.

6. No investment advice; no guaranteed income

Validator rewards depend on network activity and are not guaranteed. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes investment advice or an offer of securities.

7. Data

Submitted documents are used solely for validator due diligence, stored on Operator infrastructure, and never shared with third parties except as required by law.
